Fantastic location, good food and good service.Only negative is that you can’t park in their garage unless you are staying at the hotel. On a busy day this might be a real problem.

Extremely clean, inviting and upscale restaurant. Food is delicious and you can tell that behind the scene are chefs and personnel that enjoy and love what they do. Very pleasant and flavorful dishes. Impecable service, and knowledgeable staff. David and Ari went above and beyond. Wine list and their recommendations… Superb! We could not resist temptation and came back on our 2nd day (out of two days in Cuenca) for another dinner, completely different but as great as the previous one.Cheers to you guys for such a fantastic meal, staff and experience. Well deserve Micheline recommendation, but you deserve 2 stars at least.Thank you! Leonel and Noris ( el medico y la dentista de Miami).

Did you know? Among the 15 world heritage cities in Spain, Andalusia has 3 of them, but the well-known cities of Seville and Granada are not here. They are Cordoba, Úbeda and Baeza. Today we are going to introduce Úbeda. The capital of Jaén Province where Úbeda is located is the hometown of Sanmao's husband Jose. It is surrounded by hills and olive trees, which is why Sanmao wrote the lyrics of the song "Olive Tree". In addition, Úbeda also has the most densely populated Renaissance-style buildings in Andalusia. The Sacra Capilla del Salvador, Palacio del Deán Ortega and Palacio Juan Vázquez de Molina in the center of the ancient city are the most prominent buildings in this style. We had never eaten there before and I have to say that it was a very good choice. We were very happy, and we also met up with friends and it was great. A cozy and pleasant place, with a good atmosphere and even better food. We will definitely be back.

Traditional cuisine with modern touches. We were surprised by the amount of food, since lately, after the pandemic, in many places the quantity has been reduced and the price has gone up. You should not leave without trying their rice pudding with pine nuts and ice cream.
